CHARGEBACK FOR AN FBA ORDER
Hello Fellow Sellers and Amazon Mods,
I received a chargeback for an FBA Order, no notification whatsoever, which is not supposed to be so, and this affected my ODR, how can I get this removed? FBA Orders are handled by Amazon, and I believe that I am not supposed to get a violation of a chargeback with an FBA Order.
I have opened a case with seller support, but no positive feedback yet.
Amazon mods, please assist.
Who has experienced this before and how did you clear it, because I am really confused here, really really confused.

I have seen an instance of a chargeback on an FBA order in the past. In that case the seller's ODR was also impacted, and they also did not receive a notification. Since it was an FBA order, Amazon is doing the customer service and handling, and Amazon represents the seller in the chargeback process.
It may be that it takes some time for the chargeback to fall off, and the negative metric impact to be removed (that's what happened in the previous instance), but I will be happy to look into your Seller Support case. Kindly provide the case ID here and I will review.
