Prohibited product flag on a virtual bundle
I received violation flags for compliance on about half of our bundle listings. The same basic instruction, upload pictures of all 4 sides and show proof it is not a prohibited item.
However, I cannot edit a removed bundle. It is not a physical product so it just has the "fix" option that sends me back to the compliance page. I sent in proof that the products in the bundle are active and healthy and our regular government compliance paperwork, and it seems SS is seeing that the listings are deleted? But they are not. Not on my end. The images of all 4 sides are on the main product page. I can't add more to the bundle because it is not editable.
I don't seem to be getting anyone who has any idea what to do or why bundle listings are flagged. They have the identical pictures and text as the main products, just combined together and fewer, which ARE compliant stand-alone.
Does anyone know what to do here?
