GPSR Upload country specific

After successfully uploading the GPSR information to the Italian platform, the listed products no longer appear as errors on the other country platforms. It seems as if the Italian document has been accepted for the other countries as well, for the products that are also listed on the Italian platform.

I checked a product on the French platform.

In the product details, the installation manual does not appear under the safety information section. However, it has been moved to the archived section under account health.

What should be done in this case? Does this mean the GPSR information does not need to be uploaded separately for each country?

I contacted with a Account Health Specialist, but the call not even started.....

Is anyone still rowing in this boat?
