Error 20000: image URL not valid, DNS related error?

Hi all,

I’ve always used an external management app to upload products in my inventory, and all in all it worked well until now.
Recently we changed the domain name of our main e-commerce (the one that runs the app to upload the products on sellercentral inventory), and from that moment on I receive this error:

(20000) We could not access the media at URL http://ournewdomainname/correctpath.jpg. A DNS-related error occurred, please check your domain name and DNS configuration.

So the products are correctly uploaded in the inventory, but without images. The url of the image is correct, it leads directly to the jpeg file, but I get the error anyway.
Can anybody help?
Thank you
Alessandro
