Can someone tell me how long it usually takes to process an appeal? It's been over two weeks now and I still haven't heard back from Amazon.

Generally, a 72-hour window is given for appeal reviews. This is not the official time frame as we do not have an official time frame to provide in such a case. There can be extenuating circumstances for reason as to why there could be a longer waiting period for said review.

I suggest continuing to monitor your performance notifications, e-mails, and case logs for future requests or communication on this issue.
