Limited Access, Can't Update/Add credit card info

hi there,

We haven't used our Amazon Japan account in a few years and it got suspended by Amazon due to the expired credit card on file. I am trying to update or add a new credit card but it doesn' allow to do so - it just keeps saying you have limited access to make any changes....

this becomes an impossible loop - can't update credit card -> can't activate account and verse vice.

emailed the Japan support but you kept asking me to use a different brower, tried with Microsoft Edge, Firefox, same issue - limited access to account and can't update payment information.

Can anyone help?

I see you've been facing issues with updating your credit card in the Japan marketplace. Have you been able to get this resolved? If not, can you please share with me a case ID from the Japan account so that I can assist you further?
