lost inventory FBA 7 months chasing customer services
hi guys i sent some inventory in october 2023 13 items 8 showed up slowly after chasing customer services and been told they haven't received all 13 etc etc.... i have the tracking clearly showing all items delivered i provided photos and invoices finally after 7 months of going round and round in circles. I have been told 5 items are officially lost and i will be refunded. I have opened several cases and being ignored these items cost me thousands i am absolutely disappointed with the customer service. each time im told a new case is opened then nothing for weeks
is there an official complaints department?
