Amazon Keeps Rejecting My Appeal for 3 Months Without Explanation
Hi Fellow Sellers and Amazon Support Team,
Amazon has been rejecting my appeal for three months without providing any specific reason. I want to share my experience and hear from other sellers who might have faced similar issues, in hopes of finding a solution.
Background:
- My seller account was suspended due to alleged inauthentic product complaints for ASINs B07BZ3KJZD, B019YFGXS4, and B091JXY1Y9.
- I have submitted detailed invoices, bank statements proving payments, and supplier verification documents for these products to prove their authenticity.
- My supplier is a well-known and reputable company with all necessary credentials (I only source authentic products from them).
Each time I submit a clear and complete appeal with all documentation, Amazon rejects it without any useful explanation. I receive what appears to be a generic, automated email in response to every appeal. The message usually states that Amazon “did not have enough information to reactivate your account”, but it never specifies what is missing or wrong. I can’t address a problem if they won’t tell me what it is!
Sellers who follow all the rules and provide legitimate invoices should not be stuck in an endless cycle of rejection. I’ve given Amazon every document they asked for, yet I’m still caught in this loop. This kind of behavior damages businesses and shows a lack of accountability from Amazon’s side. Being suspended for months with generic responses is crippling my livelihood.
How did you manage to escalate your case and get a fair review? I appreciate any insights from sellers who have been in a similar situation.

What is this reputable company? Do you brand authorization to sell these products?

What do you mean by "supplier verification" documents? I'm not sure what that is. Unless it's a Letter Of Authorization or a paper trail to your suppliers Letter Of Authorization, you don't have the correct documents, which is likely your problem.

One MAJOR red flag on each of those ASINs is that the ASIN is for the brand's own listing/store.
If a brand has their own store on Amazon, they are probably not going to want 3P sellers competing against them on the same listing. Anytime that you see a listing like this, you should make sure you have permission FROM THE BRAND to list their products on Amazon (a best process regardless, but especially when you will be selling directly against the brand).

If the Brand itself has made an authenticity claim on your products, invoices are not going to help you.
You will need to contact them to get your violations removed.

Why would you say that they don't sell on marketplaces? All three have their own store here. For example, on your first one, click on the link "Visit the Granite Ware Store", and you are taken to their store; it's not an independent seller, nor Amazon, it's the brand itself.
Or if you don't want to go to the store, look at your second listing; it states that the Brand is "BestNest", and the page indicates that it is Sold By "BestNest" and Ships From "BestNest". Why would you think that doesn't indicate that the brand itself is selling here?
That's not to say that all brand selling directly on Amazon will forbid all 3P sellers, but since most of them do, like I stated, it's a strong indicator that you should check with the brand before listing against them.

If you are authorized by the brand, make sure you submit enough invoices to cover your sales for past 365 days. If you have a letter of authorization from the brand (with their contact info) as well, you should be good. That being said, they will still reject it (they always do) and that is when you click on the yellow button (under account health) upper right hand corner "Account Health Assurance". Explain everything, have them review and if they feel like everything is good, they will have it reinstated in 72 hours.

After three months, they finally realized that my documents are legitimate and verifiable, and today my account has been reactivated.
Thank you to everyone who helped me with their advice
