i have the exact same problem right now, i know which product is the problem through trial and error - (amazon wouldnt tell me which product)
my best guess is - i went into "edit" the product listing and just changed everything to say it "expires" and requires a date
takes up to 24 hours, so we'll see if that works, really sad i got no help from support.
