"Shipped Orders" Doesn't Exist
In manage orders menu, shipped orders doesn't seem to be visible to me, even if I know I have sold a handful of products in the last week. My goal was to select shipments and request a review from the customers. If there is another way to do that I would really appreciate it.

The default date range is 3 days, so change that to 7 or 14 days.
I don;t think we are allowed to contact buyers anymore for feedback or reviews.

In Manage Orders, when you click on the order ID, you will see the order details.
Here you can click Request a Review, the button is right above the SHIP TO information.
