UPS Charging for collection

Hi, a glitch is causing UPS to charge for collection. They want £6.25 from us each time, in cash!!

It is happening on all UPS tracking numbers beginning 1ZG01

This has happened before. We are all having to use old tracking numbers - not a long term solution!

Amazon, please liaise with UPS to get differently numbered tracking numbers for the Send to Amazon system.

Strangely, my tracking numbers from Monday's shipment began with 1ZG01 and I didn't have to pay.

At least you knew the fudge of using any old tracking number from the past, this ensures you don't get charged. Using old tracking numbers for shipment collection booking is neither here or there.

It's good you mentioned it as it is very useful that other sellers know about it.

We nearly got charged the other day, but when we checked the tracking number we realised we had made a mistake and entered 1ZGO1 not 1ZG01 the difference being ZERO not a letter O in the number.
