I need to export custom orders' customisation info via order reports, but when I switch on the customisation info in the "Add or remove order report columns" settings happens nothing. I have asked seller support about this glitch, but they just copy pasted the help page what I already read before. Also I have just noticed that lot of customers leaving delivery instructions, but I can't see it anywhere, only if I export the "New orders". Usually we export the "unshipped orders".

Do you have any solution how can we access the zip files in bulk?
