Issue sending stock into my German store
We have a UK and German store, the UK store is fine but in the German store i have 3 products that it will not allow me to restock, when i go into the system to send in stock they are greyed out and there is an error saying the size or weight is to large? it is exactly the same products with the same info as our UK store and that is fine we have even sent stock in before with no issue, something changed and i can no longer send in stock, i have contacted Amazon about this as there is nothing i can do to change it, and after a lot of back and fourth they put it to a 'specialist team' who only respond via email when it is resolved, this take 2-3 weeks each time and the response is always what we have already done, they clearly have not read through anything, and they close it! i have been through this circle 3 times now! and the issue is still there! i have totally missed the Christmas sales because of how they are unable to solve this or even listen to the issue! does anyone have any idea? or an email of who i can complain to because this is just silly now!

It sounds like the German listing data might be corrupted. You can try fixing this by updating the listings via a Flat File:
1. Use any Flat File template (you don't need category-specific ones)
2. Fill in the item_sku column
3. Set update_delete to 'Partielle Aktualisierung' (this is crucial - other values will overwrite empty columns)
4. Update these columns with your package dimensions:
- package_weight and package_weight_unit_of_measure
- package_height and package_height_unit_of_measure
- package_length and package_length_unit_of_measure
- package_width and package_width_unit_of_measure
This should resolve the size/weight errors preventing your restocking.
