Validation (for more than 1,5 years now) + starting new account

Hello,

We have been selling on Amazon with one of our companies since 2019. Account set-up was quite straightforward and it wasn't long before we were online and started selling products. We saw our sales increasing each month and were really happy with the sales on Amazon.

In april of 2022 there was a change in the structure of the company which we were using for our Amazon seller account. Amazon also noticed this and suspended our account for verification.

This is when we got into a vicious circle of validating and sending files upon files of reqeusted documents for the verification process only to end up at the beginning again and having te resend all files again because the first ones sent were'nt valid anymore (too old). We have been going round in circles up until this date, so more than 1,5 years now and our account is still not validated despite us providing all the necessary documents.

We have been missing a lot of turnover due to this and we're not really optimistic that this will ever be solved. We have been in constant contact with the verification team and provided them with everything they asked for, time and time again. Has anybody been through this before and if so do you have any suggestions on how we can solve this situation?

To get back online and selling our products we want to create a new account (our company has an office in Germany where the suspended account is under validation and we have a company in the Netherlands which is our main company). Both companies ship from the same warehouse (in Germany) and sell the same products. We have already created this account and it has already been approved but I read that it can cause issues when you have duplicate accounts selling the same products. Before we start uploading inventory in this new account and selling products only to get another suspension does anybode know if this will cause us serious problems? We really want to avoid that but we really want to get back to selling our products on Amazon again.

On the suspended account we also have our brand registry so we need to upload all the products there first before we can select them in our new account.

Our plan would be to only use the new account until the suspended account is back online but seeing this has already lasted 1,5 years there's really no telling how long this is going to take.

We really want to solve the situation but don't want to do anything which might get us into an even more difficuly position. An feedback or advise would be truly appreciated!

What you cannot do is open a second account - both will end up suspended.. Re-visit your first account and see what is the problem - some info probably desnt match the info you have in Amazon - it must match exactly. 18 months waiting means there is a problem with your info.
