Can anyone confirm me whether if we delete a asin and reslist do we get the #1Best Seller -- As just wanted to know incase if we remove will it also get removed and difficult to get it again ???

Unfortunately, that is not how it works.
Once you create a listing, its on Amazon.com unless Amazon themselves removes it. You could delete the ASIN from your inventory but the detail page will remain unless Amazon decides to delete the detail page entirely from its website.
