Problem is you must have increased the price of your product way too much. price is set when you are selling a product on certain price tag. But when you increase the price a bit more then it goes under "options to buy". Try to fix the price and increase or decrease it by 10-20 percent only. Amazon does not feel it a standard practice if someone increase the price of the product too much. For now revert to old price. Also set minimum and max. price of your product.

are you a new seller. please show the link for your product. usually when its a newly added product, it takes a few days to show the buy button. Else if you hav listed your product under an already existing product, the seller with lowest mentioned price for the product will get the buy button.
