FBM Esay ship
Hello, I am going to start FBM soon but my issue is with shipping service, I am in Melton west(3337) and I am on a professional account. I sent a query to Amazon that can I use Easy ship rather than self ship bcoz shipping cost is more with Australia post or start track or othersfrom, I sent email to AMazon QUERY ABOUT THIS & they said YES but in my seller account my pincode doesn't exit, did anyone face this issue?

Have you contacted Seller Support about your issue after you noticed that it isn't showing 3337 as a valid location for easyship?

Two ideas: 1) is your "ship from" address correct from what you can see? 2) ask seller support to confirm your "ship from" address back to you. I think there is a bug in Amazon's systems so that at their end, occassionally the postcode and the suburb doesn't match eg your might be Melton West 3000 or something like that
