FBA inventory delivered to amazon but not showing in the system
Hi,
I sent a shipment to an Amazon fulfillment center ( EUK5) using DPD. I have received a confirmation email from DPD that my shipment has been delivered and signed but when checking “Manage FBA shipment” there is no update what so ever! It doesn’t show if they received the shipment or if they are processing it.
My stock arrived 48 hours ago.
Any insight on what may be causing this delay?

Perfectly normal its not a delay,status stays as “shipped” until they scan the box FBA label when status will change to "checked in " followed by “receiving” or straight from shipped to receiving,your stock should then be active within an 1hr.
We have had stock active from delivery day to 4 weeks,this year most of my shipments have been active within 2 days of delivery.
