Bussiness Customer asking for invoice for FBA purchase
Do I need to provide VAT invoice for FBA purchase? We are using VAT Calculation Service and Amazon always upload this automaticaly after order is send. Do I just need to inform Customer that invoice will be ready for download shortly? I don’t even have an access to customer details as it is still pending… Not sure

If using the Vat Calculation Service then I would just tell them that the order is still in pending and the invoice will be generated when it is completed.
