Evri lost amazon return
So the seller has returned one of my items to me that I sold to him. He used one of the prepaid labels from Amazon. Evri have now gone and lost the parcel. I was told my Amazon customer service to raise a SafeT case. I have raised this but had no luck they have denied it. they say Evri is responsible for lost parcels. I have contacted the evri bot and finally someone has emailed me after a week so say they aren't responsible for reimbursements and to contact Amazon as they provided the label. So now I'm stuck I have paid for a label and lost my item. Who is really responsible for a reimbursement in this situation. Both Evri and Amazon seem both impossible to raise this with.

You can’t raise a safet claim for a lost return that used a prepaid return label
Amazons terms state you are indeed supposed to claim via the courier
You have found what many have whereby Evri then state they can’t deal with you as the label is in amazons name (even though you paid for it)

I would suggest if it’s worth doing, letter before action to amazon, they won’t get the message any other way.

I stopped using everi a very very long time ago, they lose more than they deliver and it is impossible to speak anyone. in the very odd occasion you do get to speak to some one they try to palm you off to amazon for the refund.
simple solution, dont use everi

U need to go on the chat bot and say your the sender and then you will get to raise a claim
I just had to do over 20 of these from april and may that evri lost after amazon kindly refunded the customers on refund on 1st scan
Its just another thing that amazon do to make it harder for sellers to make any money on amazon ther eis all these little things add up to hundreds if not thousands if you miss them

They lost a return worth around £30. I spoke to the bot several times, spoke to a woman, a guy and then a manager who repeated several times that I have to go to the sender, in this case Amazon. I explained that it was a return and I was a seller etc, and he insisted quite angrily that Amazon have to contact EVRI, not me. I gave up, time is money I spent about 3 hours dealing with this when I could have done something productive.
