Account reinstate request with apology
Hello Amazon Business team ,
Received your email regarding closure of my handmade seller account. Please let me explain to you my misunderstanding that is the reason for my account closure. Bank account details which I submitted while registering my seller account is a joint account of me and my husband. My husband blocked the credit card linked to that account without my consent . When I came to know that credit card has been blocked I tried vanilla gift card to buy some art supplies for my handmade work .I submit my sincere apology in this regard. I assure you I will not use any gift card again on my seller business account. Please consider my apologies and I request to please reinstate my business seller account.
I assure you it will not happen again . Please accept my apology and help me reopen my seller account.

This is not Amazon, just a forum of other sellers. An apology and I'll never do it again will not get your account reinstated. Amazon is a business, and you didn't follow their rules.

At first it sounds like a Verification/CC type issue, but then you mention something about trying a "vanilla gift card to buy some art supplies for my handmade work."
Makes no sense.

If you want some advice please post the original notice from Amazon.
