Trademark Logo Misuse
Hello, could you help? Today I received a Suspected Intellectual Property Violations Trademark Logo Misuse. The listing was removed by a dog instead. My account's health rating became 192. To solve the problem, it is proposed to change the listing, remove the trademark logo from it, change the brand name, etc. and file an appeal. I was not the creator of this listing and have not yet sold a single item. I can't edit this listing in any way because I don't have access. The product has not yet arrived on Amazon, it is on the way. Please tell me what should I do?

Are you saying someone took a branded item and listed it as their own brand or a generic and you listed your item on that PDP?
Without knowing more details it's difficult to offer much advice other than you have a real mess on your hands and I'm not sure it's fixable from your standpoint.
If it's a branded item and you have permission to sell that brand, you can contact the brand owner and have them fix the page. If some random seller incorrectly "rebranded" a product, that's not going to be fixable because policy was clearly violated.
You sent these products in to FBA? I think your only option is to recall your inventory once it arrives, if you can even do that. Since the PDP is now a dog page, it may become stranded. Hopefully someone with FBA experience can offer more specific advice.

Hello @Seller_BTa0aJ9uRQP4F
Thank you for the information provided regarding the deactivation of one of your listings. I understand it is due to a trademark logo misuse violation. For your listing, do you have authorization for the specific intellectual property that is being utilized on the listing? If you do, then you will want to review the listing to ensure that the information is being utilized correctly. The violation may be the result of the incorrect use of the intellectual property on the listing. Despite not being the ASIN creator, you can still request updates to be made to the listing.
If you do identify that you are not authorized to use this information, then you may need to consider removing the listing from your inventory and acknowledging the violation. While we cannot guarantee it will be resolved, acknowledging the violation will submit a request to remove the violation without adjusting the listing or providing documentation. This path does mean that you will not be able to re-list the product at any point.
