Account Deactivation of section 3

Hi,

Has your account been deactivated in error?

If you believe that there has been an error, go to the banner at the top of the "Account Health" page in Seller Central, click "Reactivate your account," and submit an explanation:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap

Your explanation should include the following information:

-- How your account has not violated section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement

-- Evidence that shows that your account complies with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement

I uploaded all the required documents then I just received above section 3 error why?? I'm using debit card charge method of my friend that's why section 3 violation is coming.. if I use my own debit card then my account will be activated bcz right now account is deactivated...

please help me to fix this issue

Most times there IS no FIX. Copy and paste here Amazon's deactivation email.

I have non USA LLC resident. so what shall I mention "Are you a usa resident entity (Yes or not) which option shall i select"?

If i select Yes then shall i mention S corporation of LLC type.

pls help
