Business verification

Ok so my account is deactivated because the company is now dormant and i actually don't run it now. Amazon can't verify it because company house is striking it off.

So AMAZON put it in deactivated mode

So because my account is deactivated i can't close it and open up another account under an active business because my personal info matches the deactivated account.

I have to reactive the deactivated account to close it.

I can't activate it because of the verification process. No seller support replies because the account is deactivated. No possible way of actually speaking to someone.

So now i can't sell on another account

Unfortunately, you would wouldn’t be able to close or delete the other account until you resolve the account violations.
