My Account is inactive but I am still being charged
My account was suspended due to my not meeting service levels.. fair enough.
But it's been 7 months and Im still being charged, 30GBP per month. 210GBP so far.
I just want to close my account but I cannot, as any attempt to do so just gets stuck at an 'Inactive account' page. Im stuck in a loop just seeing this page again and again.
Please help.

You won't be able to close an inactive account.
However, you should have downgraded your account to stop the £30 a month fee of the professional account which you can do here.
You can request a refund of up to 90 days worth of pro selling fees - details are here though it is at amazons discretion.
