Safe-T claims denied!!!! Need help!

Hi Forum Support,

I like to request for help that Safe-T team kept denied my claims and against its own policy! We have total of 6 abusive returns from the same customer. We opened all 6 different claims but the results are different. This customer returned with their low end used damaged item and kept our product. We have provided more than 20-30 images of the returns per each claim with the product comparison. Safe-T team did not even reply me and instead just denied without any explanation. I am fine with the partial refund for 3 out of 6 order but the remaining 3 claims denied does not even make sense. This customer is clearly violating Amazon's return policy and Amazon decided to side with this abusive return. Here is Amazon's own refund policy and why our cases are denied?

**The buyer returns a materially different item than what was delivered. Yes, restocking fee up to 100% of the item’s price

Hello @Seller_pPjVeGoDrVnxh- and thanks for the post. I was able to look into these claim IDs, and wanted to ensure you had the CSBA reimbursement policy handy, which does ask sellers to "(Send appropriate photo evidence linking the return to the purchased product)."

When appealing, did you include images to confirm this beyond images of the products? That page also includes some context for how to do so: "Note: Attach all necessary support documentation (example: supportive images of damaged item, image of the return mailing label, tracking ID, delivery proof, or any additional information you see necessary to review your claim."

For CSBA orders, you may be eligible for reimbursement if a materially different item is returned to you and Amazon determines you were not at fault, but this may not be the outcome in all cases.
