SAFE-T Claims Bug

The SAFE-T Claims page has a bug. When you click "View Message" the red square doesn't go away showing that the message has been viewed.

Very frustrating and hard to stay organized. Its been like this for 6+ months.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing a technical issue. Hopefully you've already attempted some standard troubleshooting tasks like clearing cache and cookies, or attempting to access via a different browser.
