Unable to receive payment in my canadian bank account

I've been trying to get my payments for months and amazon support is useless.

I added my bank account information which i know is correct. It been verified, however the payment fail and i always get the same generic reply. They say the information does not match but they can't tell me what does not match.

Anyone in canada being able to get payment from their us account into a canadian bank?

I've contacted support at least 10 times about it. They say someone will get back to me but they never do. I have money sitting there for over a year. I stopped selling because i cannot get my money.

Anyone face the same issue?

For me, it was easiest to just open a US bank account. I write myself a cheque each month to get the money out. TD Bank was easy to set this up, they call it TD North.

Maybe other sellers have a way to accomplish this, I just found this put an end to the headache of it. And it was never clear to me what Amazon would charge as an exchange rate (plus a fee?) to do deposits to a Canadian account.

Good luck.

Are you wanting your US sales to be deposited to your Canadian bank account in Canadian dollars with amazon doing the conversion ?

You have the deposit/credit card details set up for the USA side of sellercentral ?

Hello @Seller_JcuoR8O1kP5fD

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

I was checking, and I do see you only have 1 North America account, and under this account I do not see any positive balance nor orders fulfill in the past year.

If you have any other account, please reach our seller support from the other account so they can further assist you.
