A-to-Z Refund Granted Despite UPS Delivery Photo and Full Tracking — Urgent Review Needed
Hello fellow sellers and Amazon team,
We’re seeking urgent clarification and support regarding Order ID: 113-7102410-9044258, which was fully refunded through an A-to-Z claim, even though the shipment was delivered on time and with photo proof from UPS.
Key Facts:
Ship Date: May 30, 2025
Delivery Date: June 6, 2025 (on time)
Carrier: UPS Ground
Delivery Location: Boring, OR 97009T
racking ID (with delivery photo): 1ZY9C3540327713741
Additional Tracking IDs:
1ZY9C3540322827324
1ZY9C3540319844133
1ZY9C3540333067152
1ZY9C3540325415139
1ZY9C3540301676929
1ZY9C3540305286549
All packages show DELIVERED on UPS, and one includes a clear photo of the delivery at the customer’s garage/front door. We verified the delivery location matches the customer’s residence using Google Maps.
The buyer claimed non-receipt and received a full refund — yet we fulfilled the order exactly as promised, and we now have zero protection for a $400+ loss. This sets a dangerous precedent for fraudulent claims.
We urge Amazon to review this case and reverse the refund, or clarify what more a seller can possibly do to protect against situations like this.

We have now reported the buyer to the FTC via reportfraud.ftc.gov for refund fraud. If Amazon corrects the A-to-Z decision and returns our funds, we are willing to withdraw the complaint.Amazon must take action — this is a clear abuse.

Hey @Seller_7gLMPh7d2HtKE,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
The issue might be that there is no Signature on the POD but let me connect with our internal team on this. I will post here once I have more information.
May I ask why didn't you utilize Buy Shipping services for this order ?
