While you're waiting for input from Micah, here are a couple of starting points that might help you investigate these charges:
- Payments Settlement Reports: These provide a detailed breakdown of all revenue and costs, both at the account level and for individual orders. This report includes very specific information that can help clarify unexpected charges.
- PPC Invoices: If you’re running ads, checking your PPC invoices can also be helpful, as they provide details on ad spend that might explain some of the "Others" charges.
If you’re selling in multiple marketplaces, it’s best to go through these steps for each marketplace individually. Hopefully, these steps can provide some insight while you're waiting for further support!
Best of luck, Michael

Hello @Seller_hHhl1JQKae5rV,
Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. I will review the most recent case Id and respond back shortly. Are you not able to view the question mark link on the top of the transaction to view details? You can modify the transaction summary view using the filter and search options.
Filter view by: Use this option to choose the type of transactions to display:
- All transaction types: This is the default.
- Order Payment
- Refund
- Miscellaneous Adjustment: This includes service-related fees such as subscription fees, and other Amazon-initiated credits and charges.
- Chargeback Refund: A buyer initiates a refund through their credit card company.
- A-to-z Guarantee Refund: For more information see the A-to-z Guarantee Help page.
Looking forward to your response.
