So, customers can be invited to ask about a custom order, but, there's no way to properly charge for it.

Currently, I have to ask the customer to buy a certain number of a certain product and then offer a tiny refund to reach the price we'd agreed.

I had a customer request an invoice to pay, but I can't do that because asking for payment outside of Amazon would likely get my account suspended.

We need to be able to raise invoices for custom orders.
