Pending FBA orders over one month old ??
I searched threads for htis but they are all locked so posting my own.
Right now I have 13 pending orders with a number of them being over a month old!
What gives??
Why would any FBA purchase be pending for a month?? I would think after a week of no verification it would be cancelled.
There are 13 with many of them 5, 7, 10, 14 days up to a month old.

That happens if you have very low inventory. For example you sent units, they go to "Reserved" but show up in the catalog. Customers purchase but Amazon needs WEEKS to put the units "Available". And these orders remain pending for five weeks.
Yesterday, I created a case for exactly this issue. To note that I even got the "Received In-Full" email, all orders remain "Pending" and are not yet sent to the customers. I received a strange answer:
"Upon checking we found that all your XX orders are in customer orders under pending status and they have not crossed 21 days. However we need every order to cross 21 days to process the payments."
We all know that fortunately it's not true that "every order needs to cross 21 days to process the payment." I guess, I can do nothing else than wait in this situation.
If you have units "Available" and the same thing happens - there could really be a problem with the customer's payment.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. I took a look and I can see we have 8 that are older than 21 days.
On the Manage orders page, an order with a status of Pending might indicate an issue with the buyer's payment method or a convenience store payment method. In some cases, our payment and order detail verification processes can potentially extend order processing times for as long as 21 days.
For the orders that are older than 21 days please create a case with Seller Support and provide the order IDs to the team!
