Section 3 - Virtual Identity Verification link is not working
Hello AMAZON Team,
We have received a notification about virtual identity verification. When we try to submit the required documents for virtual identification by using the given link, we receive an error message "We apologize for the inconvenience. It seems you may not be eligible to participate in the virtual identity verification at this time." This is critical as my account is under review per Section 3.
We have already deleted all cookies, caches, and history. We have logged out from the Amazon seller and buyer account, and again signed in to try the link. But unfortunately still getting the same error.
We have tried all possible solutions such as delete all history, cache, cookies, used different browser, connect with support team on chat and email. but still our issue is not resolved.
Our deadline is 14 days from today. Kindly provide us new link for virtual Identity verification and resolve this issue. This has also been escalated to the verification team with no response as of yet. Please help!

As you've mentioned, you have taken a few steps to try and troubleshoot the issues you're encountering but are still encountering the same issues. You additionally mentioned having already contacted support who has not been able to resolve the situation. Since there's now a growing concern with the 14 day deadline, I have already reached out to the appropriate teams to request the situation be reviewed further and a new notification or link be provided.
