No buybox on FBA offers? Brand Owner from North America
We recently expanded my Amazon business to the UK via a linked North American account. Our first FBA shipment was received — inventory is showing as “Available,” and the listings are active, correctly priced, and FBA.
However, none of my offers are being featured in the Buy Box, and they’re not showing up in search results at all. I can only find them by going directly to the ASIN or viewing “Other Sellers.”
There are no pricing errors, listing suppressions, or policy violations on the account. Sponsored Product ads are also disabled for these SKUs because they’re not considered “featured.”
Is this a normal delay for new sellers entering the UK marketplace? Would appreciate hearing from anyone who’s gone through this.
