Getting approval against a robot is a joke
I’ve been going round in circles with the approval system for weeks.
I have emails and invoices from the supplier as I know her well, she’s the key accounts manager and providing me with everything I need but Amazon says “We have reviewed the documentation that you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell Mr Filbert's products. We evaluated the information that you provided, but it did not pass our review.”
How is it possible? I’m on the phone to filberts but they’re nothing to do with the approval process. How does Amazon not give me the approval?

Approval isn't based purely on the invoice or supply chain. Amazon can and will deny applications based on other (unpublished) factors.
They can also withdraw approval at any time too.
