Prime delivery promise changes between 4pm and 5:30pm
Hi All,
Wondering if anyone is noticing the same and can offer some advise
We offer shipping mainly via DPD and Royal Mail. We have an earlier cutoff for DPD which keeps in line with the Prime 4pm cutoff.
What I'm noticing is that:
at 3:55pm it suggests 'order in 5 mins for next day Prime delivery'
Then, at 4:05pm it changes to 'order in the next 1 hour and 25 mins for next day Prime delivery'
This is probably because the default option for courier changes to Royal Mail which ships later. My question is, how can I change this setting so it always shows 5:30pm as last order, and doesn't change at 4pm?

Did you review the Cut-off Settings ?
Per this help page ( Order Cut-off and Weekend Pickup Requirements for Seller Fulfilled Prime) : If you are dispatching with multiple carriers and have pickup schedules that vary by day of the week, we encourage you to adjust the order cut-off times for every day of the week for each carrier that you use.
Here I am sharing a useful video that should help you make the right changes to your delivery settings.
