Iam an e Resident of Estonia. Through my e Residency I made my Company in Estonia. And through that Company I created account in Amazon Germany as an Resident. Issue is Iam living in Pakistan, Amazon is asking Utility Bill, Iam confused which Bill to Provide, where I live or Business address Bill. I cannot provide Business address Bill as Iam not residing in Estonia. So what could be the solution
Please Guide.

For sure, the data provided in the utility bill must match the data in the Seller Central that you provided during registration.
Did you try to send any documents?
