Request for Moderator to Assist Regarding Video Rejection

Requesting for assistance since my video is rejected and it states that "The video provides medical advice, negatively refers to professional medical advice, or makes false medical claims" but if you watch the video, there are no false medical claims or negative references to professional medical advise, it is simply a product breakdown video. I opened several cases but then the resolution always tells me to email "community-help@amazon.com". After sending several emails I have yet to hear back from "community-help@amazon.com" regarding the videos I've tried to upload.

I've confirmed with Seller Support that the video does not contain any medical claims or advise so I am unsure of what needs to be changed in order to achieve a successful upload.
