Help with Managing Sourcing Costs
My company is the manufacturer of our product. I've tried updating our sourcing costs but Amazon denies our documentation every time. I've asked support for specific help with it and I get generic responses. Is there a template that Amazon will accept? Amazon seems to think everyone just buys product because they keep wanting an invoice with the ASIN on it. That does not exist because we manufacture it.
Our sourcing costs include raw inputs and labor. I know our costing sheets are confusing because of the number of machines the product goes through with varying overhead.
To add context, Amazon is reimbursing $15 on an item that costs $192 to make.

I am having the same issue but not the same discrepancy (thankfully!). I am not sure what documentation that I could send in that would satisfy them.
