I sold multiple units of the same item going all over Canada. It is very small and Amazon FBM is not giving me any shipping option (all are unavailable). The budget to ship on my own paid by some buyers is $5.50 CDN. I have an item going to a remote location and can't ship for less than $25.00 with all the shipping company I looked into. I also do not want to ship without the amazon guarantee in case of buyers saying they did not get it, because we all knows it happens. Amazon support told me that there is nothing they could do and to just increase the item price. Well it is too late now. I have deactivated the listing and will send all to FBA but now I am stuck with this situation. The case was escalated and then I got a reply saying they needed more information and could not resolve the issue.
