Currently, my Amazon seller account is registered under Turkey, but I recently established an LLC in the United States and am transitioning my business to the U.S. market. I would like to update my business information on Amazon.
My company is registered in Florida, USA, and my business address is located in St. Petersburg, Florida. I have successfully updated and verified my regular address to reflect the U.S., but I am unable to update the Business Address section. I am requesting help to change this part of my account.

Here you are talking to other sellers, not to Amazon. So no "request" can be received here.
It's not possible to change country in an existing seller account. No. No.
You certainly don't believe me so create a case with seller support under "Help".
You are always free to properly close your current seller account and then create a new seller account with your new credentials and new email. As shown in your screenshot, a postcard will then be sent to your new business address with the code....
