Account Health Rating Drop
Hi all,
My account health rating has dropped by 700 points overnight. It was at 912 and this morning it's at 212. I do not have any policy violations and all my orders are FBA.
I have looked at the help pages but it's not very clear on how to increase this rating.
Has anyone experienced such high drop in rating and has any suggestions on getting this increased?

This feels like a system error. It may correct itself tomorrow, but if not, you need to get in touch with the Amazon Account Health Team.
If your score is at or above 200, the only way it can increase is that for every 200 sales you've made within the last 180 days, you gain 4pts. For it to have dropped straight from 912 to 212 overnight, you'd have to have had a day around 6 months ago in which you made 35,000 separate sales, and then had a day recently in which you made 0.
