Amazon updated the support ticket system to make seller's lives even more difficult. Thank you for always making things more difficult for us.
The newest trick is that text from a support case can't be copied anymore. Since Amazon comes up with an unbelievable amount of wrong or completely unrelated case responses, as we all know, it is absolutely necessary in some cases to copy text from an Amazon case reply and paste it into a new answer, to clarify things.
Amazon blocked the ability to highlight and copy text from support cases.
I see this as a new attempt to suppress seller's ability to complain about the most of the time underperforming seller support.
Amazon, why do you hate your marketplace sellers so much? We do a great job, and without us, Amazon wouldn't be what it is. Don't we deserve a little respect??
