It looks to me that the BRAND OWNER of MONSTER HIGH products may be questioning your legitimacy as a seller and representative of their BRAND. If you have not been properly authorized BY THE BRAND to sell and represent their BRAND on Amazon you may lose all your inventory if in FBA as well as any money in your account. Do you have a letter of authorization FROM THE BRAND??? A supplier can not give you authorization..... it needs to come directly from the BRAND.

This isn't just Monster High. Many brands are now limiting the sellers who can list products. Learning Resources is another educational game seller that is blocking anyone who can't prove an inventory supply of 100+.

The funny thing is, the categories and brands that are doing this have so many out of production titles, that there is no way anyone could possibly have that kind of inventory. So if someone really wants a specific game or toy by these manufacturers, they will have to look for it on other third party sites because it won't be available on Amazon. Great way to drive people away from the site!

Sounds to me like something you'd buy on the street from a guy in a trench coat.

Police: Yeah, he was on monster high dolls and was crazy strong...those things'll kill ya.

Did they approve an application for you to sell with that brand before? I notice a lot of sellers have listings where it says they are not accepting applications, so I assume that they were all grandfathered in.

Monster High does have an application that requires the following:

  • Dated on or after Sep 15, 2024 (within 180 days)
  • Includes your name and address, matching the information in your selling account
  • Include the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor
  • Show the combined purchase of at least 100 units.
  • Omit pricing information (optional)
  • Please note that, we may verify your submitted documentation by contacting product vendors you identify in your application.

100 units is going all in, so I personally wouldn't bother with them. It is nearly impossible to do since it takes longer than that just to get a few of them.
