My brand name has been switched!

My business has been selling the same item for 5 years and have been able to maintain a 4.9 star rating. I tried to restock product to FBA warehouse and a message tells me that I need approval to sell my product that was patented by our company and manufactured in our facility? Out of nowhere our brand name was switched to another brand? I reached out for help but I keep getting the same message: "How to apply to sell a product". I try to explain that this is my product and the same message keeps being copied and pasted "Here is how to apply to sell a product.

It took a long time to build up this product and I don't want to pull it out of sales but if there is no recourse I will have no choice.

What brand name amazon does think is the owner ? Starting the approval process will reveal the name amazon thinks is the owner.

You should be telling amazon that the product has an incorrect brand name. And that you are the actual owner of the brand. And you want it fixed.

Don't confuse front line seller support (which might be computer AI) by mentioning approval or permisson.

I reviewed your case and I understand that you tried to restock your product to FBA warehouse and you got a message saying that you need approval to sell under a brand called "Glattol", which is not your brand. No worries, I will try to help you get this fixed.

I have escalated this case to our internal team so they can review and let us know how to proceed, so please allow me a couple of days so I can get back to you with an update on this same forum, lets say by Feb 28.

Welcome to Amazon, brands get changed to avoid suspension, or if the listings are doing well they get hijacked. We had this happens, got left negative feedback, amazon looked at it, and their un educated response was, the brand is different, yet the title description pictures are all the same, and on top of that, they reversed the image of the product. After that, all of sudden bunch of Chinese sellers showed up selling the product.

Here is the kicker, product is manufactured and bottled in USA, yet it is being shipped out of China?!?!?

When can we start hiring Canadian support team to help Canadians, who understand Canadian marketplace. Please have support who understands the country.
