Trying to create removal order but not working

Hello,

I have three ASINS with stranded inventory due to Restricted ASINS. I keep trying to create removal orders to remove all quantities from the Amazon Warehouse and return to me but it does not seem to be working as the quantities have remained the same.

I have checked the removal order status and it says completed for all three.

I have created a CASE ID almost two weeks ago to see what is going on. They keep telling me they are looking into it.

Could someone please help ensure that the following ASINS will be mailed back to me in their entire quantities?

ASIN: B01BSKXGFG - Quantity: 29 - Removal Order ID: 250520QRQ

ASIN: B09TT13Y17 - Quantity: 10 - Removal Order ID: 250520QQX

ASIN: B074GXQQPL - Quantity 2 - Removal Order ID: 2505201ERT

CASE ID: 17778892311

I am also having a similar issue with ASIN B0006VBSAO - Quantity 26 - Removal Order ID: 250529RPV. I have been creating removal orders over the past week for this ASIN as well but no luck. The inventory is still in the warehouse and showing quantity for me under "Manage All Inventory" (CASE ID: 17825694411)

Thanks so much in advance!

Following up on your post. I take a look on the case ID ending 2311, I can confirm they are currently working on that, our best advice will be for you to wait for resolution.

Saying this, just as general information related, removal orders may take 90 days or more to process and leave the fulfillment center. After the shipment has left the fulfillment center, allow an additional two weeks for the carrier to deliver. This process cannot be expedited. The fulfillment centers process each removal order in the order that they are created. We cannot expedite or prioritize any removal order over the other. Large scale events like natural disasters and pandemics could also cause the removal process to take longer than expected.
