Our product, reusable disco ball cups with lids and reusable straws, is designed and marketed as a reusable product, akin to a reusable water bottle. After reviewing our product detail pages and comparing them to other sellers offering the same listings, we found no restricted or prohibited content in accordance with Amazon’s policies.

We also contacted Amazon Seller Support for clarification, and here is their response:

We received your appeal, but we are unable to reactivate your ASINs at this time.

Why did this happen?

The product detail page for the ASINs indicated in the next paragraph is not compliant with our policies.

What actions do I need to take?

To reactivate your ASINs, remove the prohibited content indicated below from your product detail page or provide additional evidence of compliance:

2. We contacted Amazon Seller Support, but their response, as shared above, does not clearly indicate what specific content on our detail pages is violating the policy.

3. The product is clearly marketed as reusable, and the straws provided are reusable, which aligns with Amazon’s policy guidelines.
