Can't start a campaign

New advertiser here .In seller central, click on the Advertising tab > Campaign Manager and then click on the “Start Advertising Now” button.Nothing happens.Have tried this from both PC and Mobile and on both buttons on that page, two different laptops, three different browsers.

Anything missing?

It's a little bit frustrating because support haven't helped me a lot.

I looked at your related case and I see that you were referred to Amazon Advertising Support directly through "Contact us" in the Amazon Advertising console:

Have you contacted that team for assistance? Let me know and I will do further troubleshooting if they are unable to help you.

By chance is the ASIN you want to advertise currently suppressed meaning the listing is either missing important information or contains incorrect information. Or, are you working with a variation. If so, only the variation (child product) is eligible for advertising.

I have the same issue, i tried support they says wait we will give you update almost 3 week.
