Account level reserved

Hi,

The funds being held in our account level reserve are getting quite high now. We are aware of what it is for as we have been selling through FBA for 4+ years now but we doublechecked all the common reasons for this and non are applicable to us so there's nothing to show why this continues to happen.

The payment date keeps extending as well because the net is at 0 so it is literally a loop and with no valid reason or communication this will continue.

Our hold balance is over $90k

We have tried through cases for over 1 month now but when we open the case and specifically select that it's a payment issue, everyone we get on the call says they are from the FBA team and doesn't know anything about payments
