Product Safety Compliance- Disposible Face Masks
Hello,
We have been selling dust face masks for long.. Now we created new listings of facemask and it was suspended for product safety compliance.. We know facemasks require approval for selling on Amazon UK and the required information needed to be submitted to the email eu_life_safety_equipment@amazon.co.uk ..
We have submitted all the required information on the above email.. But no response since last three days… Previously, it took a couple of hours for approval of face mask ..
How can I expedite this process? Any one who can guide me please .. Or if product safety and compliance team is reading my thread, can you please look in to this?
I have two new face masks ASINS listed in last three days :
